A Miracle happened in Texas

Dear Friends,

As you know, Arlington Texas, and surrounding cities were greatly affected by an estimated thirteen tornadoes that touched down Tuesday afternoon.

I woke up that morning around 6:00am, and prayed multiple prayers of protection and refuge for my community, my family, and my associates, more than usual. As I began my day, it appeared that a storm was brewing, but no one could have prepared us for what was to come.

We had no warning.

When the first tornado touched down, it was around 1:00pm. A man ran out of a local store I was at, stating that a tornado touched down in Southwest Arlington. As I got in the car with my son, heading towards I-20 W, I saw the tornado from a distance; it was nothing like it is portrayed in the movies.

I took the first exit, and continued down W Pleasant Ridge, my eyes were glued to the clouds, as I began to see them swirl into a cone shape quickly, expanding its size. The LORD instructed me to take the first right, it was a back road to my house a neighbor had taken me through, prior to Tuesday.

I met the tornado at the intersection of Mayfield & Steeplechase; wind and rain united to bring about fear, and destruction, but the the LORD took me to Mark 4:

35. That day when evening came, he said to his disciples, “Let us go over to the other side.” 36.Leaving the crowd behind, they took him along, just as he was, in the boat. There were also other boats with him. 37.A furious squall came up, and the waves broke over the boat, so that it was nearly swamped. 38. Jesus was in the stern, sleeping on a cushion. The disciples woke him and said to him, “Teacher, don’t you care if we drown?” 39. He got up, rebuked the wind and said to the waves, “Quiet! Be still!” Then the wind died down and it was completely calm. 40. He said to his disciples, “Why are you so afraid? Do you still have no faith?” 41. They were terrified and asked each other, “Who is this? Even the wind and the waves obey him!”

We have to trust that in times of trouble and uncertainty the LORD will give us away of escape, peace, and confidence in him to rebuke even the forces of nature.

I can tell you that I was not afraid, as I entered the house with my little one in my arms. I looked at the tornado hovering in the street with no power, only influence, and a few minutes later, the power was out.

Nevertheless, we weathered well in Texas, I am sure many Saints prayed before the storm hit, and we were all protected by the LORD ALMIGHTY under his wings of Iron.

Homes were destroyed in neighboring areas, but no fatalities or serious injuries occurred.

We experienced a miracle in Texas that can only be contributed to the LORD, and King Jesus.

I thank them for being our Shepherd, and our Savior.

I do not believe that this will be the only natural disaster that will come upon our nation as a whole, but the LORD gave me a WORD on 12/31/11 going into the New Year that rings true today, and forever, but was evident on Tuesday.

Take head all what GOD is saying to the Body of Christ, and the world.

Psalm 23
1.The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not be in want.
2.He makes me lie down in green pastures,
he leads me beside quiet waters,
3.he restores my soul.
He guides me in paths of righteousness
for his name’s sake.
4.Even though I walk
through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil,
for you are with me;
your rod and your staff,
they comfort me.
5.You prepare a table before me
in the presence of my enemies.
You anoint my head with oil;
my cup overflows.
6.Surely goodness and love will follow me
all the days of my life,
and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.
